Bar extended from the below the hand to the middle of the knee to the left of the statue on the sixth column Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die chip can be found touching to top of the E of E PLURIBUS. A die crack extends from the right cornice to the rim through the leg of the R of AMERICA. A die chip can be found below the right memorial base.
