Description
Bar extended from the bottom of the knee to the top of the foot to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: Small die chip above L of LIBERTY. Two small die gouges inside right side of O of GOD. Vertical die scratch between W and E of WE. Die gouge on Lincoln’s shoulder. Reverse: Die gouge at the rim left of U of UNITED. Strong die crack runs from the upper memorial cornice through R of AMERICA and to the rim. Light die scratches run NNE/SSW inside memorial bay eleven. Horizontal die scratches are present under the memorial. Die gouges present above O and N of ONE. Die chip above the memorial roof to the southeast of the second dot.
