Description

Bar extended from the middle of the knee to the shin to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches run NW/SE throughout the fields on the obverse. A short die gouge or scratch runs southeast from the lower earlobe. Reverse: Light mostly horizontal die scratches run through the memorial bays and through ONE CENT and under the memorial. Small die clashes are present in lower memorial bay four and nine. A short die scratch runs from U to N of UNITED. Light crisscrossing die scratches are present between F of OF and the first A of AMERICA. A die gouge is present below the left side of the memorial base.
