1997 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-095

Description

Bar extended from the shoulder to the top of the hand to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge is present under B of LIBERTY. About vertical die scratches run north from ERT of LIBERTY. A die gouge is present inside the left side of G of GOD. Reverse: A die gouge is present touching the inside of the second S of STATES. A die gouge is present in the upper central O of ONE.
