Description

Bar extended from the upper arm to the lower knee to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found south and east of the D of GOD. Reverse: A vertical die chip can be found between the upper C and A of AMERICA. A small die chip can be found to the upper right of the L of PLURIBUS.
