Bar extended from the lower knee to the top of the base to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found to the left of the center of the first T of TRUST. Die pitting can be found to the right of the S of TRUST. Reverse: Several die chips can be found in the middle and lower seventh bay. Die chips can be found above the FG.
