Description
Two knees can be found above to the right of the ankles Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found well below the right side of the B of LIBERTY. A die chip can be found west of each of the tails of the nines of the date. Reverse: A die chip can be found on the center of the right side of the first column.
