Bar extended from the upper arm to the middle of the knee to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found below the left side of the B of LIBERTY. Two die chips can be found above the RT of LIBERTY. Die chips can be found above the left side of the second 9 of the date. Reverse: None noted.
