Description

Obverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Two die chips can be found south west of the 1 of the date. Reverse: Die chips can be found around the statue’s head. A die scratch extends from near the right top of the O of ONE NNE to the steps of the memorial. A die chip abuts the top of the O of ONE. A die chip can be found west of the lower first column. Two die chips can be found below and east of the first column.
