Description

Bar extended from the middle of the knee to the lower leg to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A patch of die scratches can be found through IN. Crossing die scratches can be found below the E of WE. A die chip can be found well north of the B of LIBERTY. Reverse: Die chip on the top left side of column 7.
