Description

Bar extended from the middle of the knee to the upper foot to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: None known. Reverse: Multiple die scratches run east to west through the memorial bays. Multiple heavy die scratches run NW to SE in the O of ONE. A die chip can be found centered between the S and T of STATES. A die chip can be found well south of the left side of the first S of STATES. A die chip can be found over the right side of B of PLURIBUS.
