The 1994 (W) Proof World Cup Tournament Commemorative Five Dollar Gold is a proof dollar struck at the West Point Mint, part of the Modern Commemorative Five Dollar Gold (1984-Date) series. The U.S. Mint produced 89,614 examples. The obverse features designs varying by commemorative issue, while the reverse displays designs varying by commemorative issue. Designed by William Krawczewics/Dean McMullen. Struck in 90% gold, 10% copper, weighing 8.36 grams, 21.6 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Cataloged as PCGS #9685.
