1982 Philadelphia Mint 1982 Philadelphia Mint RIDB-1c-1982-01R (LD)(Cu) Mike Diamond said the following about the attached images: “These look like retained interior die breaks. There was some subsurface deformation and the surface metal cracked along the margins of the slightly sunken metal.”
