Description
The 1973 (S) Lincoln Memorial Cent is a cent produced at the San Francisco Mint as part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. With a mintage of 319.9 million, this is a less common issue — the higher-mintage of the two mint variants, representing 99% of production. The obverse features Abraham Lincoln facing right and the reverse displays the Lincoln Memorial building in Washington, D.C.. Standard production across all mints. Combined Philadelphia and Denver output exceeded 5.5 billion cents.
