Description

Class II + V, Distorted and Pivoted Hub DoublingA strong spread toward the center with close tripling shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, MONTICELLO, the left side of the building and E PLURIBUS UNUM. The spread is slightly CW on UNUM and AMERICA from a pivot near the rim at approximately 9 oclock.
