Description
Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-170. It replaces the original WDDR-145 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-001 below). Nice Class II doubling shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. A closer spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and the right side of the building. Both spreads increase from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: Die dot below T of LIBERTY. Reverse: Two slanted die scratches to lower right of small left window; die gouge between E and P of E PLURIBUS.
