Description

Class II + V, Distorted and Pivoted Hub DoublingA nice CW spread and a spread toward the rim show on E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED, MON of MONTICELLO and FIVE from a pivot at 4 o’clock. Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches near rim between star and 1 of date; die scratches near rim between E of WE and first T of TRUST. Reverse: Die gouge (dot) to right of upper portion of F of OF;  die gouge at rim below M of AMERICA.
