Description
Class II + VI, Distorted and Distended Hub DoublingA strong constant spread toward the center shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM. A lesser spread shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA where it decreases sharply from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Short, vertical die gouge to left of upper portion of E of E PLURIBUS UNUM; die scratch on bottom of rim south of M of AMERICA; small die gouge (dot) to right of upper portion of S of PLURIBUS; short die scratch west from rim at 3 oclock.
