Reverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Three NNW die scratches running from the lower outside of the vest and through the 19 of the date. Strong die clash at the throat. Numerous die scratches SW below IN, between IN GOD and below the G in GOD. Reverse: Long N/S die scratch right of the N in CENT. Long NNW/SSE die scratch through the O in OF. Die scratch north by west from the upper right center of the last S in STATES. Obverse:
