Description
D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: Type II. Short E/W die scratches on the upper forehead. Small die gouge in front of the lips. Small die gouge in front of the chin. Small die gouge touches the top left side of the last T in TRUST. Small die gouge above the 9 in the date. Reverse: Strong, but short, NW/SE die scratch on the upper right torch. Many NW/SE die scratches through the RIBUS in PLURIBUS. E/W to NW/SE die scratches right of the upper torch. Two NE/SW die scratches through the upper right olive leaf cluster. E/W die scratch between the lower right oak leaf cluster and the single right oak leaf. Die gouge left of the oak branch stem. Die gouge between the E and S in STATES. Obverse:
