D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: NW/SE die scratches on the head NW of the eye. Slightly curving NNW die scratch from the back of the collar. Die gouge under and through the L of LIBERTY. Reverse: NE/SW die scratches through the ES of STATES. Small die gouge is seen on the left lower area of the N of CENT. Die chips on the left wheat stem. Obverse:
