Description

D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: Strong and slightly curving NE/SW die scratch in the field above the RTY of LIBERTY just left of the head. Light series of die scratches NW/SE and fan shaped scratch pattern running through the previous scratch. Reverse: Long N/S die scratch between the U and N of UNITED. Die scratch NE from the center inside of the C in CENT to the left hand side of the E of ONE. Obverse:
