Description
S/S West & Tilted Die Markers: Obverse: Die crack left of Lincoln’s eye running west. Multiple die scratches starting at the left of the R of LIBERTY to the Y of LIBERTY, scratches run south as well as north of those letters ending below IN of IGWT. Die scratch at the top left of the 1 in date running north. Reverse: Die gouge on the right edge of the last S of STATES. Die gouge on the left inner edge of the lower left wheat stalk to the left in line with the U of UNITED. On the left wheat stalk to the left of the die gouge is a dot sized die chip. Obverse:
