Description

P/P Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found above the star. Parallel die scratches run SW/NE through the RUS in TRUST. Reverse: A die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the E in EPU. Die scratches run N/S through the small right window. Numerous other die scratches can be found throughout the reverse.
