1945 Repunched Mintmark WRPM-021

Description

P/P Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: None noted. Obverse Stage B: None noted. Reverse Stage A: Numerous die scratches run mostly N/S above and below Monticello. Two parallel die scratches run SSW from the bottom of the second O in MONTICELLO. Reverse Stage B: Most of the Stage A die scratches have been abraded away. The parallel die scratches from the second O in MONTICELLO are weaker, but still visible. A new die scratch runs N/S above the right roof.
