P/P Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: None recorded. Reverse: Die gouge SW from the left lower side of the primary mint mark. NE/SW die gouge in the field from the right lower side of the primary mint mark. Heavy die scratch below the TE of UNITED, near the rim. Heavy die scratch below TATE of STATES near the rim. Heavy die scratch above NUM of UNUM near the rim.
