Description

D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Die scratches run NNE from the lower forehead and the nose. Several die scratches run from WSW to ENE through the ear. Numerous die scratches run from NW to SE to the right of the throat and bowtie. Obverse Stage B: The die scratches at the throat and bowtie now run from SW to NE. Reverse Stage A: A die scratch runs SSW from the horizontal bar of the A in STATES. Die scratches run from SSW to NNE through the ES in STATES.
