Light extra thickness on E PLURIBUS UNUM, both dots, and upper right wheat ear. Die Markers: Obverse: Small die gouge under the 9 in the vest and a light die gouge starting at the vest and running northeast about halfway to the 9. Reverse: Small die gouge by N in ONE.
