Description

A close spread to the north shows on STATES while a spread to the east shows on the R in AMERICA. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge protrudes from the lower right side of the T in LIBERTY. Reverse: Short vertical die scratches can be found inside the lower N in CENT.
