Description
Obverse Stage B: Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: A circular pattern of die scratches centered on the lower cheek can be found on Lincoln’s neck, coat, and collar. A die scratch runs SE from the top of Lincoln’s forehead. Die crack starting to the left of and above the VDB running east on the base of the bust. Obverse Stage B: Die crack to the left of VDB continues south into the rim, the die crack is thicker. Reverse Stage A: A circular pattern of die scratches runs through the letters of ONE CENT. Reverse Stage B: Same as Stage A but die scratches are weaker. Obverse Stage A:
