1940-S Repunched Mintmark WRPM-015

Description

Obverse: Die Markers: Obverse: Primary mint mark is lower than WRPM-010, WRPM-013 and WRPM-018. Primary mint mark is further west than WRPM-014, WRPM-016 and WRPM-017. Secondary mint mark is stronger and more centered than WRPM-014, WRPM-016 and WRPM-017. Lathe marks around most of the obverse near the rim. Strong circular die scratches and lathe marks above the head and through IGWT. Reverse: Short die scratch NE from the upper left of the E in STATES.
