=1923-S VAM-1CG2 Die Scratch UNUM, Double Clash Spikes Eagle's Shoulder, Shortened Front Rays= 1CG Discovery Dec. 2011 by Bill Toland. Reassigned 1CG2 2016 1CG2 II1 - B2a (Die Scratch UNUM, Double Clash Spikes Eagle's Shoulder, Shortened Front Rays) I-2 R-5 Obverse II1 - Die 2 - Clashed die at R in LIBERTY with polished beveled field and slightly shortened first ray. Reverse B2A - Closely spaced double clash spikes up from eagle's right shoulder with faint diagonal polishing line at top of spikes as in Vam-1M. Comments: 1. Note- Shares reverse die with VAM-1M, and the obverse die has a very similar full berry clash . However die crack and file line location separate the 2 obverses.
