Discovered by Michael Ash, June 2006. 2BE1 II 1 · B2a (Rusted Die) I-4 R-5 Obverse II 1– Entire obverse covered with raised dots and splotches from rusted die. ''Die marker:'' Vertical die crack at very back of rear hair strand. Comments: 1. They key to confirming the VAM-2BE is the pit next to the right side of the V and the pit just above the right arm of the V. Secondary confirmation can be found with the pit just above the tip of the lowest hair strand.
