1921-D VAM-1EP1 Scribbling Die Scratches #86, Pitted Face & Neck Discovered 2010 with revisions in October 2010 Renumbered from VAM 1EP, August 2024 1EP1(revised) IV 1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #86, Pitted Face & Neck) (189) Obverse IV 1 - Some left and right stars slightly doubled. Raised dots and splotches on Liberty's face and neck from rusted die. Chip on cap to the right of the lower cotton boll. Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body.
