=1921-D VAM-1CA Scribbling Die Scratches on Tail Feathers #2= Discovered by Crae Morton, March 2007. 1CA IV 1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches on Tail Feathers #2) (189) Reverse D2a- Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. Die marker - Single long vertical polishing line at right side of F in OF up to denticles. Slightly rotated reverse of 10 degrees CCW. Comments: Here is a new VAM that you saw first on the VAMworld.com request page! Leroy has listed this variety as the new VAM-1CA. Plus the discovery coin has a major strike thru grease feature on the reverse motto.
