=1921-D VAM-14A Tripled Stars, Die Break First Left Star= Discovered by John Kohut, March 2005. 14A IV 12 D2a (Tripled Stars, Die Break First Left Star) (189) Obverse IV 12 - Die crack thru bottom of left stars 1 & 2 and then right to rim under Liberty's neck point with a small die break of displaced field at lower left of first left star. 14A(revised) IV 12 • D2a (Tripled Stars, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) Obverse IV 12 - Left stars tripled to quadrupled and right stars doubled to tripled towards rim. Reverse D2a - A few fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and strong die scratches at lower inner of eagle's left wing. ''Die marker —'' Short horizontal die scratch at right of eagle's right leg.
