Eliminated December 2024 70A I2 12 B1a (Doubled Letters, Peripheral Die Breaks Reverse) (180) Obverse I2 12 - Reverse B1a - Fairly EDS has peripheral die cracks all around circumference at outer edge of lettering with displaced field breaks at much of circumference. Similar to VAM-80B. DPIS – In 1878 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # Eliminated as VAM 70 is not known to exist without peripheral cracks on reverse.
