Obverse IV 13 - Left stars slightly tripled toward rim, E PLURIB slightly doubled.''Die marker''- Strong polishing lines in base of E, top left of R, & top left serif of T in LIBERTY. Reverse D2k - Slightly doubled and tripled D STATES OF AMERICA toward rim. Scribbling scratches in overpolished area around eagle's right leg and in middle of eagle's left wing.
