= 1921-S VAM-1DD= Discovery 2017 by 78-SLongnock 1DD IV1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) Obverse IV 1 - Die marker - Polishing lines in TY of LIBERTY. Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in variu\ous directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagles left wing. Die marker - Horizontal die scratch on seventh outer wing feather of eagle's right wing. DPIS – In 1921 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # 5 UTF.
