Description revised July 2012 to add scribbles. 69 (revised) IV 9 · D2a (Tripled Left Stars, Doubled AMERICA, Scribbling Die Scratches #133) (189) Reverse D2a- Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. Gouge from the bottom feather below the eagle's right wing into field. Heavy die scratch under the 2nd L in DOLLAR most visible in early die stages.
