Logan McKechnie September 2004. 3V1 IV 1 D2a (Die Break ST in STATES) (189) Reverse D2a - Die crack thru tops of STATES with die chip at lower left inside of first S and raised die break between tops of ST in STATES. Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. ''Die marker'' - Tiny raised dot below olive branch. Horizontal die scratch at right inside of eagle's right leg feathers.
