=1921-P VAM-3EI1 Scribbling Die Scratches #96= Discovery March 2008 by Raymond Roberts 3EI IV 1 • D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #96) (189) Reverse D2a – Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle’s left wing and body. ''Die marker'' – Vertical die gouge on 6-8 outer feathers from bottom of eagle’s right wing. Long die polishing line through CA in AMERICA. DPIS – In 1921 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # 1921-P VAM-3FV, 1921-P VAM-3EQ, 1921-P VAM-3EI & 1921-P VAM-3BV all have similar polish line in CA of AMERICA.
