=1921-P VAM-3BL Scribbling Die Scratches #13= 3BL IV1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #13) (189) Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg, between eagle's left wing and body and in middle of both wings ''Die marker'' - Single diagonal die gouge with two curved vertical lines at lower inside of eagle's right leg feathers and diagonal die gouge in lower middle of eagle's left wing.
