Revised 2005, Re-Classified 24B(revised) IV 18 · D2a (Tripled E PLURIBUS, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) I-3 R-5 Obverse IV 18– Clashed die with partial incuse I of In from reverse showing next to Liberty head neck and partial t of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge. Reverse D2a– Clashed die with raised acorn shaped metal above o in God from field in front of designer’s initial M, but no part of M shows. ''Die marker'' - Single horizontal polishing line from lower wreath berry opposite right L in DOLLAR. COMMENTS: 1. Fine die scratches in various directions on overpolished tail feathers around eagle's left wing and body and in middle of eagle's left wing.
