Discovery 2018 by tmanhg(John Higginbotham) IV 95 • D1a (Tripled Date & Stars, Double Neck Edge, E PLURIBU, Hair Front, Cap Top, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) Obverse IV 95 - Tripled date digits and left & right stars toward rim. Doubled Liberty head neck edge, E PLURIBU, hair front and Phrygian cap top. Slightly doubled hair lower edge, Ear inside ''Die marker -'' Polishing lines TY of LIBERTY. Reverse D1a - Scribbling die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. ''Die marker -'' Two die chips and 2 polishing lines inside wreath bow.
