Description

HK-384 is a 1909 so-called dollar commemorating Hudson-Fulton Celebration. The 1907 Jamestown Tercentenary Exposition in Norfolk, Virginia commemorated the 300th anniversary of the first permanent English settlement in America, generating commemorative medals and the Jamestown gold dollar. This bronze so-called dollar represents the standard commemorative medal composition of its era.
