''Die marker'' - Two tiny die chips on 2 loop with diagonal lines on date digits. Reverse C4/C3at - Extra olive to right of olive connected to olive branch. III O mint mark centered and slightly to right with veery slight tilt to left. Doubling at top of olive branch, top edge of arrow feathers, end of middle arrow back, back of lower arrow head, strongly on feathers at middle top of eagle's left wing and back of eagle's nostril and eye.
