''Die Markers'' - Long scratches just in front of Liberty's eye. Reverse C3i - O mint mark set high and repunched on top. Several short, thick, regularly spaced diagonal die gouges at inside of both eagle's legs. Die Markers - Diagonal polishing lines in wing-neck gap, horizontal lines in wreath bow.
