DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # Note from LVA, 25 Mar 09, " Very slight dblg of bottom arrow feather not as strong as 1891-S VAM-16 pictured in 2006 VAM supplement. # Eliminated as duplicate of VAM 9. # This is very close to being a far date but it is actually still within normal parameters (WNP).
