=1888-P VAM-39 Doubled Ear, Slanted Date= Discovered by John Coxe, May 2006. 39 III230 · C3a (Doubled Ear, Slanted Date) ( ? ) Obverse III230– Ear slightly doubled at right inside and bottom outside. Date in normal position with slight slant with last 8 higher than 1. Comments: # Examination of the discovery piece shows it to be the same as the VAM-39A.
